HOW TO USe the favorites feature to download & Order prints

A simple and effective way to download a select bundle of images is by using the Favorites feature. You can Favorite the photos you'd like to download and/or order prints by clicking on the Heart icon at the bottom right of the photo. You will be prompted to insert your email, the reason for this is so the software can remember your Favorites and so you can come back at anytime and retrieve your Favorites using your email.

Once you've hearted all of your favorites, you can then scroll to the top of the gallery and click on the heart at the top right to view a gallery of your select Favorites.

If your team did not purchase a session package, nor receive a complimentary "sneak peak" gallery, your pictures will likely need to be individually purchased. If desired, you can click on the envelope icon at the top of your favorites and choose to email your favorites list to the photographer. The photographer will then send a quote based on the quantity of photos you'd like and the resolution type (high resolution and/or web size).

HOW TO purchase photos À la carte

If your team did not purchase a photography session, you likely received your images with a watermark. If desired, you can purchase images À La Carte. Similarly to ordering prints, you will select the shopping bag icon on each individual image you would like to purchase and a variety of different products will appear to choose from including prints, digital downloads and more! Please note, digital file and print purchases will be produced without a watermark.

Once you are ready to check out, you can click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of your gallery to review your cart. You will need to purchase each image individually.

If desired, you can click on the envelope icon at the top of your favorites and choose to email your favorites list to the photographer. The photographer will then send a quote based on the quantity of photos you'd like and the resolution type (high resolution and/or web size).

PRINTing images

You have the option to purchase prints directly from my site. Instructions on how to order prints are shared below.

If you decide to print elsewhere, PLEASE be sure to download your images on your desktop and then send those images to your printer. The software recognizes what type of device is being used to download images so, by downloading them on your desktop/computer, they will be downloaded in high resolution which will make for better quality prints and enlargements.

If you download them on your mobile device, and then send them to the printer, they will be in lower quality.

Ordering prints

To order prints, you simply click on the shopping bag icon on the photo you'd like to order. Once you click on the icon, a variety of different products will be shown, along with different sizes and resolutions. Feel free to choose what you'd like :)

When you are ready to check out, you can click the shopping bag shown at the top right of the gallery to do a final look through of your cart.

High resolution

High Resolution photos are 3600px. These photos can typically be used to print photos up to poster size canvases (though this will depend on the original file size), and are more than sufficient for web use. With High Resolution photos, you're able to obtain high quality images while enjoying a much faster download experience with files that are easier to manage.

Web Size

Web Size files are 1024px which is much smaller and therefore are faster to download and upload. They are ideal for sharing on Social Media or for quick viewing. If you use a High Resolution image on Social Media, the platform will condense the file and may make the image look grainy and not of high quality.

To ensure your images are of highest quality when posting on instagram use the following steps within Instagram: Settings > Account > Data Usage > Turn on Upload at High Quality
